I do. Considering how much cash has been injected into the monetary system in the last month.

i fear the rise in the prices for commodities will put rather severe strain on the peasants... :(
I do too. But other than storing some gold, I don't know where or how to store stockpiles of oil or food
oh.. u probably mean stocks in engery and commodities companies
Possibly not oil.
If you think long term, oil still is. I don't foresee renewable energy to progress to the stage of mass usage or fossil fuel replacement in the near term.. not in our lifetime or our kids'.
Little Bro, I like your caring attitude. Can u keep your spirit intact and run for PM soon?
We are not sure how oil is produced scientifically. There is a theory that suggests oil being more renewable than we think. But leave that aside. Renewables can only do 25-30% of electricity provision in 2050 predictions by EU and OECD. So it is a joke. Renewable is not a stable source of reliable energy. Battery storage creates more pollution and hydrogen storage is still very much science fiction rather than commercially viable. Be careful when you watch science documentaries. Most are tied up with companies wanting to do a ponzi spin.
Big brother, everybody for himself,
He is one of the peasants

which planet you come from ? Obama wont get elected if alternative energy is not the hottest sector in 4 years time.
True. Many oil companies have re-tagged themselves as "energy" companies and fund research for renewable energy. Most are just keeping the development in check so as not to hurt their profiteering business -oil & gas.
Same goes for the food and pharma biz
