WHO: Ebola out of control. 60 nurses/docs have died. MOH: Relax, nothing to worry

Spread of the virus is certainly uncontrollable.

high population density coupled with a virulent strain of bug... hurhurhurh... 10 million folks in 710sqkm?:eek::eek:

altogether now! HUAT AH!

ebola is a very hard disease to spread....even though its a very deadly disease(level 4 classified biological agent)......the symptoms show up too quickly and the host fall sick and dies too quickly before the virus can spread to other hosts.......its also very easy to quarantine.........in the history of ebola theres never been a outbreak where more than 100 people have died in a single outbreak.....

compared to the aids virus where 36 million people have already died, ebola's death rate is nothing.....

West Africa's situation is now the worst in history. It can be alarming if it reaches international shores. Can be spread though nasal and oral bodily fluids, ie. coughs and colds. Dun take it so lightly.

The MRT will be a quick and fast, close quarters medium to spread the disease to whole of Singapore from Changi airport.
