PAP and LKY will never bow and resign. Especially LKY, if you asked him to bow, is as if you asked him to commit suicide.

i second that Dr Lily Neo should stay, those with the passion to serve and the sincere to the public should take lead.

i look at it, there's many of them who hold similar or overlapping portfolio............. so that's clear cut to say that most of them r inefficient & not productive. so if all the deputy to the deputy positions r slashed, we would have a slimmer, leaner & more industrious gahmen.

with lesser headcount in the cabinet, there's lesser demand to upkeep the high deficit on the payroll. we're a small island with limited resource, we can make do with removing 30-40% of the snoozing ministers.
