Only the ignorant members of the reCHEEme do not understand that PMO Ministers save money by not having a full ministry E.g. Lim Boon Heng should have been Minister for the Aged, Lim Swee Say, Minster for Labour Relations.

Of course you can go further and be like Malaysia - even Law Minister also is parked in PMO.
