For the Elected President voting that only PAP approved candidates operating under the 'minority' candidates that can take part, just go spoil your vote and make LHL lose face with a overwhelming majority of spoilt votes and a Elected President with less that the 12.5% of valid votes that would make any candidate lose his deposit in a GE.
