Didn't the judge have the brain to impose the fine and jail term on the motorist with an option to avoid jail term if he paid monetary compensation to the worker for hurting him? A meaningful amount of compensation is soothing to the worker as well as an expression of regret by the scumbag. These judges really have shortage of brain cells in their heads.
