I thought $1 mil RM is still highly attractive, especially FH landed or seaview condo. You can only get a compact 3-bedder 99 year LH condo in surburb at this price.

having said that 1m RM landed is not cheap for JB. It is cheap if the house is brand new in KL (cannot find anymore, i think).

$400k SGD is cheap I suppose. In Singapore they will hit $3 mil SGD. That's my perspective from Singapore. But from Johor, you are right.
