what qualification do i need to form a party and join the election???

i would like to give it a try to form a small party and join the election.i am saving my money now for the 2016.anyone know the procedure???and what knowleage i need to equip and what qualification do i neeed?

i am not sure if my character is able to be a politician but i just feel that i can be one.well, not sure anyone here also have this interest in forming a party???

Start by selecting a good name for your party. Make sure it connects with the people you are serving. Words like "honour", "loyalty" and "righteousness" are good. Then get a full body dragon tattoo. Start recruiting some kinna kia for help. They are your youth wing.
Then offer protection services to some businesses in the neighbourhood. With this seed money, grow your organisation by setting up a charity group, a lion dance troup, a boxing association and several small businesses of your own. Your organisation should be 10,000 strong by then. And your network of supporters will be huge. The last step is to contest in your area.

Bring 9 other members (including yourself 10) eligible voters go to ROS and register. Prepare your party constitution and articles of association. It'll take about 2 to 3 months for them to read through and approve, e.g. nothing inside that say go bomb MRT or PRC.That's about it.
