These are Sambath Kannan’s colleagues – all from India – at Deutsche Bank.
As we have mentioned:
1. These people are exempted from the sham Fair Consideration Framework as their salaries are likely to be above $12k per month.
2. This suits them very fine because it is well-known in the financial industry that they tend to hire their own as there is a huge pool of their own people in India desperate to get out of their country and into Singapore.
