Since we are on the topic of robbers asking passerby for help on direction, let me ask the reverse of victim asking passerby for help on direction, which is more logical and likely.

Is it immoral when a robbery victim asked you for help on direction the robbers go to and you know but don't say?

4. gambling is definitely not immoral as mentioned before. gambling can also be considered immoral if investments and other sales related jobs is considered as immoral.
5. Picking up money on the ground and not returning it when owner is known is immoral but when owner is nowhere to be found then is not.
6. One night stand is not immoral when both party is single. If 1 party is in a official relationship, then that party is deemed immoral.
7. Mass orgy is not immoral if all the party involve are singles without any official relationship and all are HIV negative.

Why can't those people being tortured stay away from those people who tortured them?

Becos these are good and stupid people who thought others are as kind as they are and did not realise people are bullying them until some time later realised everything that happened is not coincident. These kind souls then assumed they can change the bullies and stop the bullying by telling the bullies they have been wrong. Unfortunately wrong assumption and so things escalate from there till these good people snapped and turned killer and one party get dead, be it the bully or the bullied.
