Took this today from the R&F singapore sales gallery.
Just look at the model, it is really high density.

I really wonder why the China developers are building such high density condo...where it neither attract the Sporean nor the local Malaysian. With such a big land bank ,yet packing 30,000 units into their project...
 
With R& F launching their Princess Cove , moving the left of the causeway ( facing them from S'pore side ) we will reach Country Garden@Danga , next to them is Aquaint Danga. After Aquaint ,we should be seeing Greenland's Jade Palace project soon.

Moving along the coast line,we should see the aborted Brundsfield project.Behind them,will be the Tropez ,Bora from Tropicana.

Next to Tropicana should be the Hao Yuan yet to be announced project.

So that the reason why Brunsfield get cold feet ,running away from the China developers invasion and abandon their BIW masterplan.

Commerically right or wrong ,time will tell.

But morally,they are WRONG !!

Base on their sales brochures, it look very luxury and classy!
With only 800plus units in the whole project , more like 5 star compare to the 3 star "HDB style "condo those China developers are building ya..

I don't mind buying.....like compare Prada over Couch !!!
 
Brunfield is gone...danga bay belong to wholesale china unit...no prada here. Even one claim to be a prada surrounded by chapalang brands founds in department store...its still no prada

Yes, better stay clear of condos in these areas, especially with the spectre of rising toll, big supplies and international zone.

Can't be, lah..only 4 blocks , each only 450+ units .

So whole project not more than 2000 units.

Got marina and al fresco area as well .

Where got 3400 in phase one ?..
 
Well , would you believe it ...The Brunsfield management is proposing to current investors to look into Aquaint Danga Residences as an alternative replacement for their BIW project.

The design , space the overall layout and facilities in Aquaint are no where near what was promised in the BIW plan .... I can't imagine how this project can be perceive as a rightful replacement....

R&F is seriously a good buy compared to the rest ( aint no R&F salesman here ) due to close proximity to MRT station. So any form of vehicle entry levy or increase in tolls etc wont affect the development.

As I had said before, those humble commuters of public transport has thus far been spared from the onslaught of greedy govt policies. So those residences within walking distance of HSR in Nusajaya might be laughing their way to the bank.

Malaysia government has to bail out MAS... no more $ for HSR unless taxes are increased further and more subsidies are cut. Even RTS could be on the chopping board.
 
Like Country Garden at Danga Bay, R&F is investing a lot in bringing people to their showflat. Saw in yesterday's paper that they have free shuttle service from Eunos MRT stn open air carpark to their showflat on weekends.
