Took this today from the R&F singapore sales gallery.
Just look at the model, it is really high density.
With R& F launching their Princess Cove , moving the left of the causeway ( facing them from S'pore side ) we will reach Country Garden@Danga , next to them is Aquaint Danga. After Aquaint ,we should be seeing Greenland's Jade Palace project soon.
Moving along the coast line,we should see the aborted Brundsfield project.Behind them,will be the Tropez ,Bora from Tropicana.
Next to Tropicana should be the Hao Yuan yet to be announced project.
So that the reason why Brunsfield get cold feet ,running away from the China developers invasion and abandon their BIW masterplan.
Commerically right or wrong ,time will tell.
But morally,they are WRONG !!
Brunsfield BIW move could be a blessing in disguise for investors. Not happy now but good excuse to get out of a potential ghost city.

R&F is seriously a good buy compared to the rest ( aint no R&F salesman here ) due to close proximity to MRT station. So any form of vehicle entry levy or increase in tolls etc wont affect the development.
As I had said before, those humble commuters of public transport has thus far been spared from the onslaught of greedy govt policies. So those residences within walking distance of HSR in Nusajaya might be laughing their way to the bank.
