I doubt it. In the ruling regime's camp, the only person capable of doing that is Old Harry. No one else within his organization has the guts or ability to organize or orchestrate this. And Old Harry's time is about done. Those who have already stashed their assets overseas will cabut and fade away. honestly i think its already too late for singapore,dont need to wait for 6.9m.
