I posted this matter b4 the forum crashed. So I shall repost it. My question is: Suppose that during campaigning in Tanjong Pagar, the Old Man tripped and up lorry. It is a requirement that Tanjong Pagar must have a 5-MP team. Now, MIW only has only 4 members left. By right, they cannot nominate another member as nomination day is over. Shouldn't the MIW team be disqualified and the DPP team (or whichever opposition party that is contesting) declared the winner by default as they still have 5 members? I believe MIW will try all sorts of dirty tricks not to allow this to happen. Your views?
So, I would encourage the opposition to contest Tanjong Pagar as this may just happen during campaigning. Just look at the Old Man sitting on the golf buggy going around recently. He would need to do the same during the hustings with a team of doctors around him. Hope he burst a vein when he gets worked up during hustings.
