I tell you true story: once, I was having lunch in Orchard Road, an attractive lady sat next table to me. We started talking. She start to 'kan kan' PAP, preach to me that I must vote against PAP. So, I ask her: which party do you vote for? She answered: PAP.

I never bother to reply,I ended the conversation, paid my bill, and walked off. Like I said above: people like to con the dummies into becoming 'cannon fodder.' My advice to you? Do not be a dummy. Do not be so easily conned.

I also have my own story about a female colleague singing the praises about the PAP. When it came down to a decision of loosing her Aussie PR status or staying in Spore, this same girl ran back to Australia. I find that there are many hypocites like her in Spore.

However these hypocrites will soon face a hard choice. If they continue to deceive people including themselves & vote PAP what do you think will happen to their own rice bowl?

Under the PAP policy foreigners will continue taking jobs from locals. Voting against the PAP is not about being a hero, it's a survival choice. If you can't emigrate you'll need to stay & protect your home & your rice bowl, in Spore.

It's not just hypocrites.
There are also many people who despite having hard lives and having many unpopular policies rammed down their throats, continue to support and sing praises of the pappies.
This is what brainwashing does to people, if you tell them continuously that they can't do without you for many years, using all the media tools and authority you have available, eventually they will come to agree.

PAP will win 30-40% uncontested seats for starters. They need another 10-20% seats to secure majority in parliament. It's too easy for them. No wonder they are still so cocky, elections coming, so many shit policies, don't seem worried at all.
