Good morning brothers and sisters,

Does anyone know what happened to theonlinecitizen? The site has not been updated for a while.

Has the PAP started to crack down on "sites with undersirable contents" to prepare for the imminent GE?

Thanks!

everywhere also very quiet like a big cemetery....nothing sinister really...but just a feeling of doom and gloom...very jialart!

Nothing sinister? Really? How come the top story remains the same, on Khaw Boon Wan and nursing home in JB by Andrew Loh on 14 Feb?

No body knows what happened?

It is lah....I heard one PAP member David Leong has been quite active on TOC lately, posting comments on a daily basis to defend Temasek and GIC.

The strange thing is, all his comments were approved while those rebutting him weren't published.

TOC's Chief Editor Choo Zheng Xi has close links with PAP IB Chief Zaqy Mohamad, go and check it out with the PAP branch in Boon Lay if you don't believe.

Just saw this:

Problems accessing TOC

Dear everyone,

You might have experienced difficulties in accessing The Online Citizen the past one week. Each time you visited TOC or refreshed your browser, the same page appears – displaying the article from Feb 14, “Would Khaw Boon Wan send his mother to a foreign land?”

The problem is due to a technical glitch which, we suspect, occurred when we upgraded our template.

We are working to resolve the problem. In the meantime, perhaps you could use Google Chrome browser, which does not seem to have this problem. You can download the Google Chrome browser here.

We apologise for this inconvenience and we would be very grateful if fellow bloggers could help us disseminate this announcement by posting this on your blogs for the benefit of those who may not be able to see this. Thank you very much indeed.

Regards,

Andrew Loh
