DBS is a GLC so what do you expect?
When people are in there because of who they know & other political reasons, you can't expect too much.

They may have the most extensive banks & ATM network in Spore but .... just think of all the cockups & ATM breakdowns.

my dbs and ocbc didn move at all.

well, just worried for interest rate hike and bad debt may increase.
