You'll be surprised how many people vote for PAP in 2011, and regret it now. Then we have the hardcore 10% of our population, who live, breathe PAP, eagerly lapping up the words of the Siaokian Times, who think ruling party MPs words are gospel truth, those that will insist that the PAP can do no wrong, even when damning evidence is placed right before them. Then there is still another 30%, who are pretty gullible and buy what the government sells them most of the time. They will sheepishly tell you, they do not agree with the government sometimes but they fear they will lose their job when opposition take over, or they can tell you, so far they are doing a good job what, till you shoot it full of holes, then they'll tell you, aiya, the opposition candidate wasn't ideal so they vote PAP lo.

My question begged to be answered, what are we paying in our utilities bill is not addressed?

wt "F" are some of the obscure ones like the , "sanitary appliances", "waterborne fees", "conservation tax"..???? the rest, we have to pay I know, refuse collection, GSt etc..

But what are these above? & the those portion of COLLECTION + TAXES takes up 58% of our bill EVERY MONTH....
