Lorry backs into pillar at Hougang Central

This lorry was found parked at a HDB carpark at Hougang Central. Its bumper had evidently hit the pillar with some force.

Here's what STOMPer Anonymous saw:

"This lorry had hit the pillar of a block of flats at Hougang Central at 1.20 pm today (Sep 20).

"Firstly, I don't know if class 4 lorries like this are even allowed to park at HDB carparks.

"Also, if you look closely, the rear of the lorry has hit the pillar of the block."
