Depends on what book we are talking about. There's one book for Wall Street which has been subjected to heavy creative accounting, and that's another book for internal audit where expenses include kickbacks and bribes.That would mean the Chinese crooks would would have to open the books. How much do they really owe? More than the US$44 Trillion we know about?
