Another blackout during Twilight screening at GV Tampines. Will we get a refund this time?

There seems to be a problem with the screening of the Twilight saga at Golden Village Tampines, as another STOMPer, Annoyed, has come forward saying that there was another blackout yesterday (July 10) as the movie was being shown.

Earlier, STOMPer Ernest said the screen was flickering pink every few seconds when he was watching the movie at the cinema on July 3.

Golden Village later issued a reply, saying that the problem was caused by an earlier blackout and that refunds had been arranged for patrons.

In the latest email sent in by STOMPer Annoyed yesterday (July 10), he said:

"I refer to the feedback sent by STOMPer Ernest about his bad experience while watching 'Twilight Saga: Eclipse' at GV Tampines on July 3.

"Later, GV replied that it was due to a blackout.

"Today (July 10), I watched the same movie at the same cinema (6pm screening) and again, there was a blackout.

"As a result, we missed a small part of the movie.

"Why another blackout? This is really frustrating to movie-goers, especially when we missed a small part of the movie with no refund."

Rather than believe that it is haunted, I wld think it cld be a case of faulty electric installation somewhere, the flickering caused by a possible arcing contact switch, or a loose wiring, and I shall be careful to avoid the place in case a fire starts breaking out.
