His numerous failures as minister of MCYS do not affect the residents in rich Holland, home to $50m bungalows and $2000psf condo apartments, chauffeured limosines and italian supercars. The residents in that GRC are living in ivory towers themselves, pedigreed backgrounds, elite schools, overseas education, comfy position in father's company, etc.

Vivian is talking tough in his own territory. Holland GRC is definitely an establishment stronghold. Many older residents even went to the same schools and are neighbours with the Ministers and MPs themselves.
