When leading villagers and CCP party member in fighting against flooding river, a village party secretary pushed his own new pickup into the drain to add weight to support the sand bag pile, in order to prevent the sand bag structure from being pushed down by tremendous flood water. A few hundred kg huge rock was put on the back of pickup truck to make it heavy to hold the temporary sand bags Dikes / Levees against the strong current.
