Actually germany got plenty of coal that was how it got the industrialised. They shut down it's coal plant. Then the greens insist that nuclear us too dangerous for the environment. They shut that down as well. Germany and Japan got plenty of nuclear power plants that are mothballed. Both are transiting to solar and wind.
