Boss, if you watch Ligue 1, you will notice that Ibrahimovic's mind always seems to be elsewhere. Extrinsic motivators like money aren't that good at motivating for success. Based on gross salary before taxes, excluding sponsorship deals, Ronaldo and Messi are merely the 10th and 9th highest paid footballers in the world.
