Raymond Goh Chor Heng, 31, who had his sentence deferred until Feb 15, admitted to the offence at Guardian pharmacy at Far East Plaza on Nov 19 last year. A magistrate's court heard that a department store security officer saw Goh behaving suspiciously and followed him to the pharmacy at Scotts Road. Goh was seen standing behind two Caucasian women, aged 42 and 35, who were queuing at the cashier counter. He squatted down and took a picture of the 42-year-old's upskirt. The second charge was taken into consideration. He could have been jailed for up to one year and/or fined for intending to insult the modesty of the woman.
