KINI ROUNDUP | Here are the key headlines you may have missed yesterday, in brief.
1. Amid Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad's strained relations with the Johor place, state ruler Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar suggested that discussions be held to iron out the problems, for the sake of the people.
2. Bersatu president Muhyiddin Yassin welcomed the Johor ruler's olive branch, but said the sultan must not "disturb" the running of the state administration.
3. The Crown Prince of Johor, Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim, reminded those who have nothing to do with Johor not to cause problems by interfering with the state’s Islamic affairs.
4. Mahathir reiterated that Malaysia is a friend of China and wants to see more investments from China.
