日月潭水位15年來最低 九蛙疊像登陸湖底快成草原

南投縣日月潭水位持續下探，今天上午水位僅剩742.53，已經低於封閉碼頭警戒線743公尺，創下15年來最低水位記錄，加上這幾天濃霧，日管處已經簡訊通知遊艇業者小心航行。由於水位持續下探，日月潭九蛙疊像已經「登陸」一個多月，潭岸周邊都快成草原，日管處說，希望這波鋒面帶來水氣，讓日月潭水位可以回升。
日月潭滿水位是748.45公尺，但今年雨量少，加上3月起配合彰化、雲林一期稻作用水，日月潭水位持續下降，今天上午水位僅742.53公尺，和滿水位落差達5.92公尺，日月潭縮水不少，不僅少了波光粼粼的美景，岸邊湖底裸露，底泥乾涸龜裂，甚至長出青草，台北遊客陳小姐訝異「這樣的日月潭，還是第一次看到，感覺淤積相當嚴重。

日月潭黃姓遊艇業者說，上次水位低於743公尺已經是15年前，這次又出現乾涸景象，不只船屋受困，也有遊艇因為沒注意水位一度擱淺。今年因為疫情關係，日月潭遊客大幅減少，遊湖人數更少，否則這波乾旱對遊艇業衝擊更大。

水位下降，九蛙疊像早在3月就登陸，日管處也挖開九蛙周邊淤泥，讓九蛙全都露。陳小姐說，去年到日月潭九蛙僅露出二隻，這次看到九蛙全部不虛此行。但是湖底汙泥裸露，甚至乾涸長草，不像湖反而更像新生草原。

日管處副處長廖錫標說，因為水位低於碼頭警界線加上這幾天有濃霧，已經機動以簡訊通知遊艇業者注意航行安全，必要時也會封閉部分浮排，確保遊客安全。他說，最近有鋒面報到，希望集水區降雨，讓水位能回升到743公尺以上。

中央流行疫情指揮中心今日公布國內新增1例新冠肺炎病例，為敦睦艦隊磐石艦20多歲男性實習生。個案4月18日至集中檢疫所隔離採檢，一採結果陰性，因血中抗體陽性，於4月24日進行二採，並於今日下午1時30分確診，相關資料刻正疫調中。
磐石艦21日採檢5名發燒官兵，核酸檢驗雖呈現陰性，但抗體檢測卻有3人呈現陽性，指揮官陳時中表示，今日個案不是本來五名具抗體官兵，發現其抗體結果為陽性後，由於軍艦共同生活時間長，追查傳染途徑重要，才會在測出抗體陽性後，再近一步檢驗是否體內還有病毒。
陳時中說，該模式主要是針對敦睦艦隊這樣的獨立事件，希望了解其前後關係，「這是複雜一件事，但抗體及病毒採檢會持續進行。」
指揮中心發言人莊人祥表示，該採檢模式是希望釐清抗體陽性為IGM或IGG，前者是近期感染，後者是早期感染。目前在疾病管制署昆陽實驗室兩種抗體皆有檢驗。
目前帛琉當地與敦睦艦隊有接觸者採檢結果全數為陰性，是否代表感染源來自台灣？指揮中心指發言人莊人祥表示，帛琉方面，帛琉針對大使館與僑胞等作檢驗，不是為釐清敦睦事件，有雙方資料提供，對我國釐清感染途徑會有幫助。

陸軍步兵訓練指揮部傳出2名官兵職員載運磐石艦官兵後，出現不明原因腹瀉，因接觸過部隊同袍與參謀長，引發擔憂，陸軍司令部隨後指出，這2人都為陰性。中央流行疫情指揮中心指揮官陳時中表示，沒有所謂海軍傳到陸軍的狀況，而是在他們有疑似症狀後，趕快通報採檢，把情況釐清了就好。

2位人員於23日回報出現腹瀉狀況後，已於當日中午就醫並實施採檢，送驗結果均為「陰性」，後續將繼續居家自主健康管理14日。
陸軍強調，針對「嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎」威脅均依中央流行疫情指揮中心政策指導及國防部相關規範辦理 ，落實執行，籲請媒體報導前應善盡查證之責，以免訛傳，造成社會不必要恐慌。
