Nothing to be surprise of if americunt leave WHO. When it does not serve the americunt interest and purpose to be a member of an org
they would rescind renege and leave without any hesitation and shame.

The Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF) was signed by US President Ronald Reagan and Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev in 1987. It banned missiles with ranges between 500 and 5,500 km .
