在特朗普政府宣布对等关税暂缓90天期间，越南副总理于本月9日与美国贸易代表展开磋商。多名知情人士透露，越南正积极争取将关税降至22%-28%，并希望能进一步下调。

越南政府已于10日宣布正式启动与美国的贸易谈判，并在官网上表示将严厉打击“贸易欺诈”，不过暂未公布具体执行细节。

（吉隆坡综合讯）由于全球出口限制日益趋严及中美贸易战担忧持续升级，马来西亚政府促请中国企业不要将马国当成规避美国关税的“洗产地”。

马国投资、贸易及工业部副部长刘镇东星期一（12月2日）出席论坛时说，过去一年多来，他已多番提醒一些中国企业，如果他们只是打算通过马来西亚更换产品标签来规避美国关税，这样的投资并不适合马国。

不过，他未具体说明涉及的企业类型。

所谓“洗产地”，是指企业利用个别国家或地区对货物原产地管理未做专门立法或立法不完善的疏漏，通过移除产品标签、更换货物外包装等手段，获得该国或地区的原产地认证。

刘镇东指出，无论美国由民主党还是共和党执政，关税政策在某些领域的强硬立场已成趋势，太阳能板行业就是一个明显的例子。

Will Vietnam sacrifice USA market and chooses to increase its import from Vietnam ?

US Only 12% of Vietnam trade. China is 20%. ASEAN 12%.EU 12%.japan 8%. south Korea 12%. Vietnam can dump US and focus on Asia alone. Honour and dignity must be prioritised.
