Pappies took action to raise min salary base to restrict foreign expats from working in SG with EP and SP but what they did is to close one hole on a mouse and open another hole for a rat.

Those foreigners with brain cells know they have uni degree, whether real or fake when not caught, can easily become PR by marriage to local sluts and being Permanent Shits, they are seen as locals by pappies. When pappies talk about locals, they mean PS too. Read the pappies' speeches on job opportunities for locals, you know they mean jobs for PS too.

Now, job opportunities for citizens first or jobs for PS (foreigners) first? To the pappies, both come first as they are locals but in reality, the true blues got burnt when they have to compete for jobs in their own country with foreigners classified as locals. No need for EP or SP when foreigners become Permanent Shits in SG.

It was never a plan. Many civil servants are complacent and lazy and the TOP management were bribed. They all justed wanted to sleep through their day of work and collect salary. They don't want trouble and hassle to screen and scrutinise all foreigners.

They always say residents n 61% are dumb to believe, actually the residenta with high pay job goes to PR.
