Founded in 1942, this 467th Training Center prepares specialists for land forces in more than 39 professions. About 6,500 students study here at the same time with over 2,000 teachers and instructors employed.

The presidio is situated next to the military unit. Most of the apartments are occupied with retired officers. As a result, those serving have to rent apartments on their own.
This nine-storeyed building was built in 2008.
The rest of the buildings were built in the Soviet time but are still in good condition, according to the officers.
Soldiers live in military barracks.

A recreation room.
For believers.
This stand reminds them of what happens in case of misconduct or transgression of the law.
The barracks are equipped with surveillance cameras.

They may fine the outsourcing company in case it does its work poorly (for example, if it supplies the military unit with spoilt products or low-quality food) or even terminate the contract.

In March, they plan to make contracts with cleaning companies.
There are 14 psychologists in the staff. They receive about $200 a month so these are mostly enthusiasts and those who need to receive working experience.
Psychologists work together with the medical committee of the military unit.

On the whole, officers are satisfied with their money allowance.
They carry out exercises for students on a regular basis and teach them theory a lot as well. It hasn’t always been like that. Their teachers are all officers and sometimes sergeants-instructors.

Settings include: time of the day (day or night), surface (sand, snow) and type of landscape.

Those are contract soldiers training.
They train gynlayers for the tank T-80.
There are tanks T-72, T-80 and T-90 in the center.
Exercising in firing from an antiaircraft automatic machine gun.
The sniper school opened in December, 2011. They teach snipers for three months. They do not teach how to work in pairs but encourage mutual help. Maximum shooting range: 600 m.
