才剛榮獲今年母親節前五名的知名蛋糕「白木屋」驚傳將停業！景岳生技（3164）於今（18）日下午2時30分，於證交所3樓記者室舉行記者會，由經理吳美瑢說明子公司白木屋食品公司決議停業而停工。

景岳表示，白木屋食品去年營收1.72億元，占景岳營收31.2%，認列虧損0.83億元；今年至今虧損0.23億元，考量虧損恐持續擴大，無法轉虧為盈，為維護股東權益決定結束營業。景岳經理吳美瑢指出，白木屋預計在一周內辦理停業，190名員工將依照勞基法資遣並輔導轉業。

據了解，白木屋在中南部相當火紅，且今年momo購物網統計，4月份母親節蛋糕銷售前五名分別為香帥經典芋泥捲、亞尼克原味生乳捲、艾波索巧克力黑金磚方形6吋，以及白木屋戀紫母親節蛋糕6吋、食感旅程金典檸檬蛋糕6吋。白木屋名列前茅，且在北中南都有直營門市，更是2004年，國內首度獲得國家磐石獎的蛋糕烘培業者。

景岳今天表示，白木屋食品去年營收1.72億元，占景岳營收31.2%，虧損8330萬元，今年至今虧損2309萬元，考量虧損恐持續擴大，因此決定結束營業，預計在一周內辦理停業，190名員工將依照勞基法資遣並輔導轉業。

根據《中天快點TV》報導，白木屋表示，公司會決定停業有兩大主因，一個是因為成本上漲，另一個則是市場競爭激烈。白木屋指出，這幾年人力、物料成本都上漲，奶油更從一桶3千元漲到7千元，加上國內市場飽和，同業競爭激烈，經營越來越艱難。
