He would had won more of my respect if he had inflicted more significant damages to NATO during his final war.

That means a formal Colonel his use of military forces is too ineffective, however I am very sure that your SAF BG are much WORST.

I will salute him if he sank NATO warship, shot down 30 war planes, kill few hundred NATO men. So far he sank so ship shot only 1 or 2 planes and killed insignificant number of NATO men. He spent on billions of dollars of good Soviet jets and missiles and radar, all not put to use. His military men also fought only like guerrilla against his local enemies. He did not ordered his men to destroy arms cache and ammos upon defeat thus his local enemies captured and used the weapons against him. His missiles almost not fired at NATO at all, that means no orders were given, and he was idiot still trying to be friendly and reasonable with NATO.
