STOMPer karkarlai was shocked when no one came to the aid of this man who fainted at the Family and Juvenile Court.
In an email to STOMP today (Jan 6), the STOMPer says:
¡°This morning, 9.15am, at the third level of the Family and Juvenile Court at Havelock Square, about 15 people were waiting for the hearing when suddenly a man fell over just like that.
¡°For a moment, no one seemed to care and no one did anything. I went up to help him because he had some sort of sickness.
¡°Later, security and other staff came to take over the matter. I noticed that for 15 min, this people around him did nothing and just waited for somebody to call for the ambulance.
¡°The man is still lying on the floor faced down shaking and the ambulance still has not arrived.¡±
