for free TV, lights: go to 24hrs kopitiam, can catch cable TV at selected kopitiam too!

grow your own food, collect rainwater to water the plants, grow some bean sprouts, lettuce, tomato, potato, etc...

bath together with your loved ones, husband and wife can reignite some passion, bf & gf now have better excuses

re-use water from washing machine to flush the toilet, wash common corridors etc...

Instead go sleep in the lobbies of restructured hospitals. There will be no fine. Garment had said no one will be denied basic heathcare. Sleep is basic healthcare.

i can confirm it with you with my head. someone was officially warn few years back when he try to set up a rainwater collection system at his own house and this came out in newspaper.

There are legal subtleties to this, even though I know what you are driving at. While representatives of the government attempt to exercise their duties, how it is stipulated legally is different, very much like cycling on the roads and pavements in Singapore
