The Oracle of Shambhala has some practical recommendations for humans:

1) Take your children, all valuables and go into the countryside. Prepare enough food for two months.

2) Keep a supply of water, firewood and candles for lighting. You need to have a stove in the house, as the electricity supply will stop.



The disaster will last two weeks, though effects will be felt until the beginning of February. The Earth will emerge from the “zero band”, expect after February 7, 2013. By late March, the world will recover completely.
