Put your budget in US Dollars, Go during winter. Expect lots of black outs. Expect lots of hustling. No such thing as meter cab. Do all your hotel booking via Agoda.com. Brush and wash your mouth with Mineral water. Eat only at restaurant. And smoke lots of Hashish (Don't pay more then 1500rupee for a Tola of Hash* 10 gram) Peace and Enjoy your trip.

Yes get Tour Guide either via Singaproe or get your hotel to arrange it. 10 days is better, Kathmandu 5 days and Pokhara 5 days. (Kathmandu is hustle and bustle and shopping is limited to "artifacts -Decoration) - If 7 days then spend 2 days in Kathmandu and then 3 days in Pokhara and then finish it off by coming back to Kathmandu.

Pokhara is 6 hours bus trip from Kathmandu or you can book a flight there "30 or 45mins" but i highly suggest taking the bus, It will be one of the most beautiful sight you will ever see in your life.

They are very very Beautiful. Indo-Aryan + Himalayan girls are extremely exotic looking. Their eyes are very very beautiful and they are very fair.
