The SIRS application page has been reopened. However, due to the high traffic, we have put measures in place to control the number of people who can enter the application system at any one point in time. This means that if the traffic is high, you will not be able to enter the application system until an applicant has completed and signed out. In such an instance,we appreciate your patience as you will have to try again later.

We will continue to work on improving the system so that more of you can enter at any one point in time. For those of you who were in the process of submitting an application, you can also go into the system to complete your application. If you have received a case number, please click on "Retrieve an Application". If you started an application and have not received a case number, please click on "Submit a New Application". You will be prompted to continue from where you left off.
