In my line of work I cannot pick and choose the positive from negative people. And more often than not it is the negative cos they are the ones in suffering.

No that's not the way, there are negative people everywhere. Make yourself immune to them. In the 5th density it's about transmuting compassion with wisdom. Because without wisdom but only compassion it's hard to face what you're facing them like you have to now, everyday. Try to act more empathetic and praise their courage and tell them how much you understand their suffering. Try uplifting them. Don't be emotionless and neutral that'll make them even more frustrated.

Be understanding and express it to them your compassion and love, it'll change your world. Some of them have no heir to their estate when they die they might even will all their estate to you. lol..........
