Its real. The staff do not have a appropriate procedure to handle this situation. Very sad.
Its the responsibility of the business to provide proper security and safety for the customers. The staff should be on the look out for suspicious looking characters and take spprooriate measures. Like standing next to the lady if she is alone as a preventive . Customer should take legal action against businesses that fail to do this,
