jitao lost her job and got one month salary in lieu and no need to come back anymore. no need for her to sue too because termination by employer is either one month's notice or one month's salary in lieu of notice....

actually i argue with my lady director boss and said the girl could have left on Sat and came back on Mon. these are not her MCdays but weekend and public holiday.

my director lady boss told me when they asked the girl to produce air tickets as proof that she was in Singapore from last Wed to Fri, the girl refused to provide the info. As such, no choice but to issue termination letter plus one month's salary for her in lieu of notice to prevent her from suing the company for wrongful termination
