Then he went on saying they got company branches in India and Vietnam. Then he told me this, "Do you know how much we pay our Vietnamese programmer and designer? S$75 per project.."

He ask me how long I usually take to create 1 web project with 10 - 15 pages. So, I said, usually I would take around 5 - 14 days, depending on how complex client wants.

Then he boasted saying his Indian designer can do 1 project in 1 and half days. In average, he says, the company take about 30 to 40 web projects a month.

They say they have degrees but I'd rate them below our own diploma holders. (some I suspect got fake degrees... may be just go attend some 1-2 month programming course and called themselves IT professionals oready!)
Everytime working with them during integration work, it's always the Singaporean progs or supervisors end up helping them complete their work or worse, recode their whole shit. Bunch of fuck ups!
