43 year old Shoichi Takezawa, a former director of a Cosmetic Surgery clinic in Edogawa of Tokyo was arrested for raping a woman in her 20's under general anesthesia before surgery in January, he is suspected of sexually assaulting her for 2 days.
He admitted to the allegations, and videos of him performing obscene acts on more than 10 patients was further recovered from his personal computer, the police is pursuing additional charges.
He had been arrested for 4 times since June of this year for sexually assaulting female patients and his subordinates.
