You probably have heard of medical tourists & having a baby can also be used to get out of Spore.
I know some Spore couples who chose to have their children outside of Spore e.g. on the US.

Their children don't have to serve NS & when they are grown up they can sponsor their parents for entry to the US

Some of the stuff that I remember my dad telling his brothers was the live firing incidents overseas that killed a few civilians and got covered up. Also lots of idleness in the Army. Officers with cases like adultery, mismanagement and such just got transfered to another camp or unit.

Yup my older sis had her third child in the US while her husband was training as a pilot in New Mexico for 2 years. 15 years from now her daughter can sponsor her.

quality of life overseas is good. so have many kids. In sinkie, spend too much time in traffic jams or commuting.
Bets is to stay in the rural areas. Even across the causeway in malaysia, rural families tend to be bigger than urban families. It takes just a couple of minutes to ride the bicycle to school or market. No traffic hassle.
