apparently those pinkish powder stick to dental plaque like glue, then you need to scrub it off or you'd be sent marching into the dreaded dental chair...

Yeah, I was underweight throughout Primary and Secondary school and qualified for free milk in Primary school (my mom was so ashamed of me then as both my parents were working and earning money), they gave us diluted condensed milk, scooped from buckets buzzing with houseflies. I think I kena roundworm infection from ingesting that milk. Shat (past tense of shit) or shitted them out after eating ki chang in P5.

Surprisingly I gained weight during NS time. NS was good (for me).
