Why LHL does not encourage the local chinese to emulate from the malays, wedding dinners at the void deck, simple marriage, shed expensive ceremony and learn from the Malays how to keep more children ?

I am not a racist, i have several good malay friends, Malays are friendly people, the main problem is why we have a double -standard thingy in our one -people nation.

I am not a racist, i have several good malay friends, Malays are friendly people, the main problem is why we have a double -standard thingy in our one -people nation.

I like this one and I have witness with my own EYES parking warden turn blind in front of Mosque at busy Orchard Rd not racist or against anyone, Parking warden are being UNFAIR! and racist! On 24 Dec 08 I park my car with coupon celebrating Christmas eve at Toa Payoh Lorong 7, bloody parking warden give me a ticket $10.00 for parking slightly overtime!! very hard working bunch of idiots, must be hitting quota & commission set by Semb Corp..I duly paid my $10.00 so that the warden can use my money to buy his/her medicine.. Thank you

U have few possible reasons here:

1. SG is sandwiched by m'sia on top and indon below - all melayu countries
2. historically sg was part of m'sia peninsula till it was kicked in 1964 or 1965.
3. last but not lease, TP officers on rounds comprise mostly of melayu if i'm not wrong.

There is a rumour or urban myth or whatever you want to call it, that the shift to PAP at the last election that concern Aljunied GRC, was the shifting of the electoral boundary to Bedok Reservoir that covers quite a sizeble number of these 'people' you mentioned...true? or is it Urban Myth like the one about LHL slapping Dhalabalan?
