Why make something that is already available and working?
The people behind google and uber could be multiethnic. Not just ang mohs and indians.whatsapp for example , the founders used to work for yahoo and are from US and europe..

India is too bureaucratic to be a start up hub. The process of patenting could take years. Better to start in silicon valley.

There is no denial that Indian has some bright individuals and it helps when they can conversed well in English and sweet talk. But that about it.

Indian as a group are notoriously ill discipline, lack work ethic, disunited, lack commitment. These cultural upbringing and mindset dictate that Indian's achievements are restricted to individual level but incapable of accomplishing anything collectively.

Any organisation runs by all indian staffs is an absolute disaster. Hence you can get Indian individuals becoming CEO of big Western MNC but almost very few Indian company making big at world's stage.

India 20 years down the road would still be going around in circles and getting nowhere.
