Federal agents said Thursday they thwarted a plot to violently overthrow the government as well as kidnap and harm Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer — a conspiracy that included visits to her home in northern Michigan and training with firearms and explosive devices.
The alleged plot mainly involved six conspirators unhappy in part about Whitmer's coronavirus restrictions, calling her a "tyrant." They wanted to create a "self-sufficient" society free from what they called unconstitutional state governments and discussed plans to storm the Capitol and take hostages, according to FBI documents filed in court.

They were upset because Fox alongside AP called Arizona for Joe Biden on election night, long before other networks did so.
The raucous protestors, many of them armed, caused the ballot counting facility in Maricopa County to close to the public and the media overnight out of safety concerns.
The president and Fox News have long enjoyed a symbiotic relationship, but things have slowly began deteriorated between the two, with Mr Trump complaining that the network displayed damaging polls and didn’t do enough to help elect Republicans.
The president and his son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner reportedly lobbied the network’s owner, Rupert Murdoch, behind the scenes to reverse the Arizona election prediction.

Fact of the matter and reality is that Trump told his core voters to vote in person while Biden encouraged his core voters to vote by mail in.. the main reason for that is because of the threat if covid-19 which btw has been totally mismanaged by Trump.
Also GOP lawmakers in PA made laws to put counting of mail in ballots last...hence initially Trump looked to be in front only to lose eventually because legal valid mail in ballots were counted last.
Trump made a big mistake discouraging his voters from voting mail in because he probably put off those voters who feared covid-19 and chose to stay home on the 3rd.
Only in Trump's lalaland as there is no actual factual evidence to back up his lies.
