It is unfair to choose the best intelligence agency from these agencies: CIA, MI6 and Mossad. Each of these agencies has its own strengths and weaknesses. And, we now and then come across the valor deeds of these intelligence agencies which protects their homeland from security threats. Moreover, I would like to share stories related to these intelligence agencies which will throw some light on how precisely, efficiently these operations are carried out by these highly trained people.
CIA or Central Intelligence Agency is the US’s premier agency providing global intelligence in an ever-changing political, social, economic, technological, & military landscapes. But, CIA is handcuffed not to partake in any of the domestic operations on US soil. The secret Cold War spy-pigeon missions was one of the recently declassified files from secret operations conducted by the agency. In the declassified files, it was revealed how pigeons were trained for clandestine missions photographing sensitive sites inside the Soviet Union. The release also reveals how ravens were used to drop bugging devices on window sills and dolphins were trained for underwater missions. The CIA believed animals could fulfill "unique" tasks for the agency's clandestine operations. The 1970s' operation was codenamed Tacana and explored the use of pigeons with tiny cameras to automatically take photos, newly released files show.
It took advantage of the fact that the humble pigeon is possessed of an amazing ability - almost a superpower. They can be dropped somewhere they have never been before and still find their way hundreds of miles back home. Operation Tacana would grow out of work done in the 1960s that looked at uses for different animals. The files reveal that the CIA trained a raven to deliver and retrieve small objects of up to 40g from the window sill of inaccessible buildings.
A flashing red laser beam was used to mark the target and a special lamp would draw the bird back. On one occasion in Europe, the CIA secretly delivered an eavesdropping device by bird to a window (although no audio was picked up from the intended target). The CIA also looked at whether migratory birds could be used to place sensors to detect whether the Soviet Union had tested chemical weapons.

The naval operations of the program were carried out by German crew members of the German Mine Sweeping Administration under the control of the Royal Navy. The American-sponsored Gehlen Organization also got involved in the draft of agents from Eastern Europe. The KGB penetrated the network and captured or turned most of the agents.
Mossad is is one of the main entities in the Israeli Intelligence Community, along with Aman (military intelligence) and Shin Bet (internal security). Mossad is responsible for intelligence collection, covert operations, and counterterrorism. Mossad is separate from Israel's democratic institutions.
Israel's Mossad intelligence service raided a secret location in Tehran that looked like "a dilapidated warehouse" and removed original documents on the nuclear weapons program to smuggle back to Israel in a one-night operation in 2017. A senior Israeli official said that Mossad discovered the warehouse in February 2016 and had the building under surveillance since then, according to the report.
Mossad chief Yossi Cohen then informed U.S. President Donald Trump about the raid during a visit to Washington in January, the official said, stating that the delay was attributed to the time it took to analyze the documents. A vast majority of them were in Persian. In a press conference on the Iran nuclear deal, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu revealed to the world the seized documents, calling out the deal as being based on "lies." At the conference, Netanyahu presented 55,000 pages of documents and 183 CDs, and blasted Iran for hiding an "atomic archive" of documents on its nuclear program.

Mossad slipped up with the Yom Kippur War and CIA have their own fair share of slip ups.
Thanks for the correction. A better comparison would be our local SID. They are very good, and I believe they have a friendly rivalry with ISD in their respect duty in keeping Singapore safe.

they will serve your ass on a platter to any gov willing to pay. they will provide contents of your email, location, address, eating habits, fucking habits, shitting habits, sleeping schedules, driving patterns, etc. to any high paying outfit that wishes to track you down. that was how general petraeus was busted in his so called "anonymous" emails with his then gf. both fbi and nsa couldn't pinpoint the culprit of threatening emails sent to another alleged gf but viola, google helped them crack it by deciphering the metadata in the email, which led to the wi-fi router of a specific room in a hotel when the email was sent with a date-time stamp. and then the unraveling of contents between petraeus and gf in their email sexchanges.
