And talking about tolerance, Jehovah Witnesses go to jail for not serving NS, and Seventh Day adventists carry wooden rifles in NS, and Mormons are forbidden from taking drinks containing caffeine. Looking at a woman with lust counts as adultery, and brimstone and hellfire await all heathens.

I'm not sure Christianity is a more tolerant religion than Islam.

I view it differently from you. On the contrary, I see religions as the cause of the evilness, fighting and hatred amongst the brotherhood in this world. Every religion wants to be more superior than the other and even a slight criticism of 1 religious faction towards another will cause conflicts and fighting.

Sometimes, I truly believe that the world will be a more peaceful place if there is no religion or any form of worshiping at all.

I disagree. CHC and Rock followers never like to gift money away, as otherwise there are plenty of opportunities outside of their churches to gift money away.

On the contrary CHC and Rock followers like a good bargains. They are "investing" their weekly tithes for hundred-fold returns from their god.

The National Language of Singapore is Malay. That is the language the whole country should converse in.

But those who think that they can change the government without the support coming from the Malays majority should have their heads examined. To the Malays only UMNO can uphold their rights, dignity and status.

I don't think there is any illusion by the non-Malay parties that they can form a government without Malay participation. UMNO likes to sell itself as the defender of Malay rights. It is 2013. Malaysia needs to get past the racial divide. And that is the tact adopted by Pakatan. There is NO need to have special programmes based on race. All poor Malaysians will get help, not only the Malays.

Yes there are pockets of Malay support for the PK coalition and that is only because of the towering presence of Anwar and the Malays know too well that once Anwar leaves the scene because of age or health factor then PK cannot be the same anymore. UMNO is different; it is enduring, it has a long history, it has a wide branch network, it is financially formidable ....

There are up and coming leaders in Pakatan that will be able to step in. Even Anwar's daughter is a bright star in the opposition.
